Directions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in sherry for 3 hrs. Pat dry with paper towel. Combine bread crumbs, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic. Dip chicken in melted butter, then roll in bread crumb mix. Arrange in a baking dish. Bake 30-45 min at 350 degrees.
