Ingredients
- 3 x 3-ounce boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
- 8 ounce Sliced fresh mushrooms (2 cps)
- 2 tsp Margarine or possibly butter
- 3 can (14.5-ounce) ready-to-serve chicken broth with 1/3-less
- 1Â 1/2 c. Uncooked pasta nuggets (radiatore) (about 4 ounce)
- 1 c. Sliced yellow summer squash or possibly zucchini
- 1/2 c. Minced red bell pepper
- 1 tsp Dry Italian seasoning
Directions
- In a large nonstick saucepan or possibly Dutch oven, cook chicken and mushrooms in margarine till chicken is no longer pink. Add in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 12-15 min or possibly till pasta is tender. Serve immediately.
