Directions

  1. season rhe chicken with salt pepper and 1 tsp of paprika
  2. melt 1 tbsp of the butter in a lg skillet over med high heat
  3. add the chicken and saute until just cooked through about 3-5 min
  4. transfer chicken to plate
  5. add the remaining butter to the same skillet
  6. add the onion and saute until it starts to soften about 3 min
  7. add the remaining paprika and stir for 10 seconds
  8. add the tomato and stir unti softens about 1 min
  9. add the brothm increase the heat to high and boil until sauce thickens enough to coat a spoon about 5 min
  10. return the chicken to skillet reduce the heat to low, stir it around, add the sour cream and stir until just heated through , but do not boil, season to taste and serve over egg noodles
