Ingredients
- 1 lb Fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb Shrimp or possibly Chicken
- 1 ounce Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 6 x Green onions (minced)
- 1 clv garlic
- 1 c. Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, fresh, minced
Directions
- While pasta is cooking. Peel and devine shrimp, or possibly cut up chicken in to bite sizes pcs.
- Heat butter and oil in frying pan, add in onion and garlic- stir over low heat for 1 minute. Add in either shrimp Or possibly chicken and cook for 3-5 min or possibly till done. Remove from pan and set aside. Add in cream to pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer till sauce begins to thicken . Return meat to pan and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 1 minute and than add in shrimp Or possibly chicken sauce to the fettuccine and toss. Garnish with minced parsley.
