- Chicken - 150 grams (boneless and skinned)
- Cheese - 25 grams
- Garlic pod - 1 (a big one)
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar / Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- Egg - 1
- Salt - As needed
- Corn flour / Maida - As required
- Buttermilk / Curd - As required
- Oil - To shallow fry the pieces
