Directions

  1. Cook onion, celery and pepper in butter till tender. Cook noodles in chicken broth, drain, leaving about 1 c. of broth in the noodles. Mix the 2 cans of soup, sliced mushrooms and cheese with the cooked vegetables and chicken. Toss with noodles. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
