Ingredients
- 1 fryer, boiled
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3-4 medium potatoes, minced
- 1 lg. bag egg noodles
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3-4 boiled Large eggs
Directions
- Boil fryer till tender; debone. Put meat back in boiler. Add in soups and potatoes and lowfat milk. Bring to boil and add in noodles and boiled Large eggs (diced). Cook mix to desired consistency. Serves 4-6.
