Ingredients
- 3 whole chicken breasts, boned and flattened
- 6 slices boiled ham
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. dry white wine, chablis
Directions
- Top flattened chicken with ham slice and roll; secure with a toothpick. Brown roll ups in butter. Stir in soup and wine. Cover, cook over low heat for 20 min or possibly till tender. Makes 6 servings.
