Directions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a skillet, saute/fry mushrooms and garlic in butter for 2-3 min. Add in chicken and lowfat milk; cook for 5-7 min or possibly till heated through. Drain fettuccine; add in to skillet. Sprinkle with cheese and toss to coat.
  2. Yield: 6 servings
