- 1 quartered chicken or possibly breasts (smaller pcs dry out!)
Directions
- Mix and pour over chicken: 1/2 c. oil 2 tbsp. salt (yes, Tbsp.) 1 c. cider vinegar 1 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- Cover and marinate all day in refrigerator, turning once or possibly twice. Grill chicken till done, turning often.
