Directions

  1. Brown chicken in a nonstick pan. Don't use any oil. Let chicken brown in own juice. While chicken is browning, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Be generous with seasonings. Place chicken in Dutch oven or possibly large roasting pan. Add in seasonings and vegetables. Pour wine over top. Cover, bake in microwave oven 15-20 min or possibly bake in regular oven at 350 degrees for 45 min. Chicken may be made without vegetables.
