Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken, cooked & shredded
  • 1 pound box macaroni, cooked
  • 2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 1 sm. sized onion, finely minced (opt.)
  • 20 ounce. can crushed pineapple (sweetened juice), liquid removed
  • Mayonnaise
  • 1 big sized apple, cut in fine strips
  • 4 med. sized boiled Large eggs
  • Salt & pepper (opt.)
  • Paprika

Directions

  1. (Already cooked) macaroni in a large bowl, fold in cooked and shredded chicken, pickle relish, onion, crushed pineapple and five strips of apple. Season with salt and pepper. Add in the mayonnaise dressing and mix together till everything is covered with mayonnaise. Slice boiled Large eggs on top of the macaroni salad. Then sprinkle paprika on top. Chill overnight and ready to serve. Serves 5.
