  • 2 Tbsp soy bean oil
  • 5 oz chicken breast, boneless skinned, raw
  • 1 oz celery, cleaned, sliced
  • 2 oz green pepper, cleaned, julienne
  • 1/4 cup K K chicken broth, # RO71100
  • 1/2 oz water chestnuts, sliced, canned, drained
  • 8 each pineapple chunks, canned, drained
  • 1/2 cup sweet-sour sauce, # RO71301

Directions

  1. Heat soy bean oil in a hot wok, and saute the chicken pieces.
  2. Add celery and green pepper and stir fry while adding the chicken broth and water chestnuts. Cook until just tender.
  3. Add pineapple chunks and hot sweet and sour sauce, blending together to heat well.
  4. Place in preheated serving dish and serve.
