  • 8 chicken thighs or possibly breasts
  • 1 lg. bag frzn French cut green beans
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 2 pkg. almonds, slivered
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Boil the chicken for about 1/2 hour to 45 min. Skin and debone. Thaw the green beans and put in a large bowl. Open can of chestnuts and drain. Saute/fry the almonds and put in the bowl. Mix cans of soup with green beans, almonds and water chestnuts. Put in a casserole dish and bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
