Directions

  1. Poach chicken till tender, in sufficient stock to cover. Cold, dice and set aside.
  2. In mixing bowl, blend lowfat sour cream, yogurt and mayonnaise. Add in the chicken, grapes, celery, pecans and poppyseeds. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Chill. Serves 4.
