Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, cut up in pcs
  • 3-4 peeled potatoes, cut in halves
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 1 lg. green pepper, minced
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3-4 bay leaves
  • Salt, pepper & oregano to taste
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. dry wine or possibly beer

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a covered pan. Simmer for about an hour or possibly till chicken is fork tender. Serve with white rice.
