Directions

  1. Heat corn oil, garlic and Mexican seasoning over medium-high heat. Add in chicken. Stir fry about 4 min. Add in red pepper, onion and lime juice. Saute/fry 4 min.
  2. Spread on pita bread. (May top with salsa and lowfat sour cream.) Fold over -- ole! (Pita bread may be heated a few seconds in microwave.)
