  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. dry beef
  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 slices of bacon or possibly Sizzlean

Directions

  1. Layer dry beef on bottom of baking pan. Wrap one piece of bacon or possibly Sizzlean around each chicken breast. Lay on dry beef. Mix together lowfat sour cream and mushroom soup, then spoon over chicken breasts. Bake at 275 degrees, uncovered, for 3 hrs.
