%20tastes.%20They%20were%20phenomenal!%20I%20made%20the%20crepes%20from%20scratch,%20but%20you%20could%20certainly%20buy%20the%20pre-made%20ones.%20I%20loved%20every%20bite%20of%20this%20dish,%20and%20I%20felt%20like%20I%20was%20eating%20in%20a%20fancy%20restaurant.%20I%20see%20more%20savory%20crepes%20in%20my%20future%20for%20sure.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFilling%20and%20sauce:%201%20Tbsp%20olive%20oil%203%20chicken%20breasts,%20cubed%201/4%20tsp%20salt%201/8%20tsp%20pepper%20and%20onion%20powder%204%20Tbsp%20butter%206%20Tbsp%20flour%202%20cups%20milk%201/2%20tsp%20salt%201/4%20tsp%20pepper%203/4%20cup%20grated%20cheddar%20cheese%202%20cups%20fresh%20broccoli,%20chopped%20and%20steamed%20till%20barely%20tender%201/4%20cup%20sliced%20almonds%20(optional)%20%20%20Instructions%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20crepes,%20combine%20all%20ingredients%20in%20a%20blender.%20Blend%20till%20smooth.%20Chill%20for%2030-60%20minutes%20to%20thicken.%20To%20cook,%20pour%20about%203%20tablespoons%20of%20batter%20into%20the%20middle%20of%20a%20non-stick%20round%20skillet%20that%20has%20been%20heated%20to%20medium%20hot.%20Swirl%20the%20pan%20around%20to%20spread%20the%20batter%20till%20it%20is%20very%20thin.%20Cook%20for%201-2%20minutes.%20Flip%20and%20cook%201-2%20minutes%20on%20the%20other%20side.%20Cook%20all%20crepes%20and%20set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20filling:%20Cook%20cubed%20chicken%20in%20olive%20oil%20over%20medium%20heat%20in%20a%20large%20skillet.%20Remove%20chicken%20and%20set%20aside.%20In%20same%20skillet,%20melt%20the%204%20Tbsp%20butter.%20Whisk%20in%20the%20flour,%20then%20the%20milk.%20Cook%20and%20stir%20till%20thick%20and%20creamy.%20Boil%20for%20at%20least%20a%20minute%20to%20remove%20flour%20taste.%20Add%20salt,%20pepper,%20and%20cheese.%20Cook%20and%20stir%20till%20cheese%20is%20melted.%20Set%20aside%20about%20a%20cup%20of%20sauce.%20To%20the%20remaining%20sauce%20in%20the%20skillet,%20add%20the%20cooked%20chicken%20and%20broccoli.%20Stir%20till%20coated.%20Remove%20from%20heat.%20Fill%20crepes%20with%20chicken%20broccoli%20mixture.%20Place%20into%202%20greased%209x13%22%20pans.%20Cover%20with%20foil%20and%20bake%20at%20350%C2%B0%20for%2015-20%20minutes,%20or%20till%20hot.%20Heat%20sauce%20that%20was%20set%20aside,%20adding%20milk%20to%20thin%20if%20needed.%20Serve%20crepes%20with%20sauce%20and%20garnish%20with%20sliced%20almonds%20if%20desired.%20%203.3.3070%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
