Directions

  1. Saute/fry peppers, onion, garlic in chicken fat. Add in tomatoes, catsup, curry, mushrooms, thyme, salt and pepper. Add in chicken broth. Cook slowly for 1 hour. Add in almonds and minced chicken. Heat well. Garnish with thyme and nuts. Serve over rice. Enjoy!
