Ingredients
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. butter
Directions
- Heat butter, stir in flour and seasonings. Add in lowfat milk; cook till thickened, stirring constantly. Combine sauce with chicken and corn; place in casserole. Top with crumbs and butter; bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
