Ingredients
- 6-8 chicken breast boneless
- 1 pound Swiss cheese
- 1 pound chipped ham
- Dijon mustard
- butter
- Cracker crumbs
Directions
- Take chicken, put ham and some cheese in center of chicken, then put in 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. of mustard, pin corners of chicken breast up with toothpicks. Roll in butter (melted). Then roll in cracker crumbs. Place in pan then top with Swiss cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
