Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; stir till smooth. Pour over chicken mix, and toss gently. Cover and refrigerate1 to 2 hrs. To serve, spoon coleslaw into a lettuce-lined bowl, if you like.
  3. Yield: 6 servings.
