Ingredients

  1. Heat 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil in a large saucepan or possibly Dutch oven. Add in onion and garlic. Saute/fry 2 to 3 min. Add in both peppers and continue to saute/fry for 10 min. Add in chili pwdr, cumin, coriander and cinnamon. Stir and reduce heat.
  2. Heat remaining 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil in a skillet. Add in chicken and cook quickly, till chicken turns white. Drain and add in to saucepan. Add in tomato puree, olives and beer or possibly broth. Add in grated chocolate and mix well. Simmer for 15 to 20 min more. Serve. Garnish with grated cheese, avocado and lowfat sour cream.
  3. NOTES : Use the beer! It adds a great flavor to the chili.
