Ingredients

  • 1 bag nacho cheese tortilla chips
  • 5 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (or possibly use cream of mushroom soup or possibly 1 of each)
  • 1 pt. of lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 can diced green chilies, small can
  • 1 med. onion finely minced
  • 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Boil chicken, skin and chop into small pcs. Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan. Line it with chips, crush them a little. Spread on minced chicken. Mix remaining ingredients, except cheese, and spread on top of the chicken. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min.
