Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 sm. can mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts, liquid removed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. white wine (optional)
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and bake in greased casserole at 350 degrees for 40 min. Serves 4.
