Ingredients

  • 4 c. cooked, diced chicken breasts
  • 1 pt. broth from chicken
  • 1 pkg. Creamettes, uncooked (7 ounce.)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cut medium fine
  • 4 hard boiled Large eggs, cut up
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Put all together in large, flat dish or possibly casserole. Cover with foil, chill overnight. Take out at least 1 hour before baking. Cover with crushed potatoes chips. Bake about 90 min at 375 degrees. Serves 10.
  2. I cook the chicken in a pressure cooker with 2 c. of water for 1/2 hour.
