Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger root crushed
  • 1/4 c. sweet white wine
  • 1 x clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 lb chicken breasts skinned, deboned
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Mix all and chill at least 1 hr.
  2. Cook on BBQ, and use marinade to baste.
