Ingredients
1/4 c. Soy sauce
1 tsp ginger root crushed
1/4 c. sweet white wine
1 x clove garlic
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 lb chicken breasts skinned, deboned
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions
Mix all and chill at least 1 hr.
Cook on BBQ, and use marinade to baste.
