Ingredients
- 1 1/2-2 c. cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 sm. can minced green chilis
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 can black beans or possibly 1 1/2 soaked cooked dry beans
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- 1 sm. pkg. shredded Jack cheese
Directions
- In skillet combine taco seasoning and 1/2 c. water. Heat over medium heat for several min. Add in beans and chilis. Heat till hot and simmer 10-20 min longer. Serve in tortillas with cheese on top.
