Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 2 (10 ounce.) Packages frzn asparagus
- 1 (10 ounce.) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Skin chicken, boned and cut into cubes. Heat oil in fry pan. Add in chicken. Sprinkle pepper and saute/fry about 6 min. Remove and drain on paper towel. Cook asparagus by package directions. Drain and place in bottom of 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
- Place chicken on top of asparagus. Mix together chicken, soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry pwdr (dash). Pour over chicken and asparagus. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 min or possibly till done. Sprinkle with cheese last 5 min. Serves 4.
