Ingredients
- 4 chicken legs
- 1 chicken breast, split
- 3 ounce. lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp. salt
Directions
- Place all chicken pcs into a 10 x 18 oven pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Broil at 375 degrees for 25 min. Turn chicken and cook for another 25 min. Chicken should be golden. Remove and serve. Makes 4-6 servings.
