Ingredients
- 1 boiled chicken, deboned
- 1 pkg. yellow rice mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 2 slices toasted bread
- 1 1/2 tbsp. butter
Directions
- Cook rice according to package. Mix soup, mayonnaise, and curry pwdr. Crumble toast; mix with melted butter. In casserole dish, layer rice, chicken, and sauce; repeat. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, 20-25 min at 350 degrees.
