Ingredients
- 3 whole chicken breasts, split in half, skin and fat removed
- 10 ounce. pkg. frzn mixed vegetables
- 1 can chicken mushroom soup
- 1 soup can warm water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer chicken breasts in 8 x 10 inch baking dish. Combine mixed vegetables, soup and water; pour over chicken. Cover and bake for 50 min until chicken is done. Serve with rice. Serves 6.
