Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frzn vegetables (carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower)
- 3 1/2 c. chicken slices or possibly cubes
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. real mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 c. grated cheese
- Crumbled bread crumbs
Directions
- Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry pwdr. Pour over vegetables and chicken. Top with cheese and crumbled bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour and 15 min at 325 degrees, uncovered, in a 9 x 13 pan.
