Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken meat, cooked and diced
  • 2 bags vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, green beans or possibly mixed)
  • 2 cans creamed soup (use your favorite) - don't add in water
  • Mushrooms, optional
  • 2-3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Bread crumbs or possibly crushed croutons

Directions

  1. Layer in a 9x13 casserole dish as follows: Vegetable, chicken, mushrooms. Spread soup over the top of these. Top with Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Cook at 350 for 35-45 min. Allow to cold for 5 min before serving.
