Ingredients

  • Chicken – 1 cup, cooked, finely shredded
  • Sweet Corn Kernels – 1/2 to 3/4 cup, boiled, drained
  • Oil – 2 tsp
  • Mixed Vegetables – 150 to 200 gms (Green and Red Capsicums, Peas, Potato, Broccoli or as desired)
  • Curry Powder – 2 tsp
  • Rice – 2 cups, cooked
  • Soy Sauce – 1 tblsp
  • Sweet Chilli Sauce – 1 tblsp
  • Tomato Ketchup – 1 tblsp (or use Tomato Puree)
  • Eggs – 2 (optional)
  • Black Pepper Powder as per taste
  • Salt as per taste
