Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. stuffing mix
- 5 chicken breasts, cooked, minced
Directions
- Combine soups and lowfat milk in bowl; mix well. Mix chicken broth with stuffing. Fold in bowl. Layer chicken, soup mix, and herb-seasoned stuffing half at a time in 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Yield: 8 servings.
