Chicken And Spinach With Linguini

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. white wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 1 bunch fresh spinach
  • 1 pound linguini

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat butter in 8x13 inch pan or possibly baking dish. Add in chicken, garlic, onion, spices, and wine and mix so chicken is coated well. Cover pan with foil and bake 30 min. Set spinach on top of chicken, and return covered pan to oven for 10 min, or possibly till spinach is wilted. Don't over cook spinach. Add in warm, cooked linguini and toss. Serve with Parmesan cheese and warm pepper seeds.
