  • 1-1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tbsp. Season All
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp. dry chopped onions
  • 2-3 dashes cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 c. beer, optional

Directions

  1. In large non-stick frying pan, mix all spices in together with cream of mushroom soup and beer. Add in chicken breasts and simmer covered over low heat for 1-1 1/2 hrs, stirring occasionally. Make rice to serve with the mushroom sauce.
