Ingredients

  • 1 frying chicken, cut in pcs, salted and pepper
  • 1 (10 1/4 ounce.) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1 (10 1/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 env. Lipton onion soup, dry
  • 1 1/2 c. Minute rice

Directions

  1. Mix 3 soups together with 1 1/2 cans water measured in soup can. Put rice in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan, pour part of soup mix over rice till well moistened. Lay chicken pcs over top of rice and pour remaining soup mix over top of chicken. Cook uncovered for 1 to 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees or possibly till chicken is tender.
