- 6 c. Stock
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 dsh Pepper

Directions
- 1. Skin and dice chicken. Peel and dice fuzzy melon.
- 2. Bring stock to a boil. Add in chicken and melon and simmer, covered, 15 min. Stir in salt and soy sauce.
