Ingredients

  • 6 chicken cutlets, flattened
  • 6 thin slices cooked ham
  • 6 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounce can refrigerated quick crescent rolls

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Separate dough into 2 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. Press or possibly roll each to create 6 x 4 inch rectangle. Coat chicken breasts with flour. Place lightly floured chicken breast on each rectangle. Place 1 slice each of ham and cheese starting at shortest side, roll up jelly roll fashion, firmly press edges and ends to seal.Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Cut slit in top of each bundle. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 min till deep golden. Brush with beaten egg during last 5 min of baking.
