Directions

  1. Cut chicken into bite size chunks and marinate in mix of soy sauce, a healthy pinch of ginger and 1 small chopped garlic clove in a bowl for 30 minutes.
  2. in a second bowl, combine flour, crushed almonds, and salt and pepper.
  3. roll marinated chicken chunks in the flour mix till chicken is fully coated.
  4. spray skillet with oil and heat over medium high heat.
  5. add in chicken and quickly brown on all sides. turn heat down to med- low.
  6. cover skillet and cook, stirring freq. for 10-12 minutes. till done.
  7. NOTES : garlic should be chopped.
