Directions

  1. Cut chicken into serving pcs and clean. Place in a wok or possibly deep saucepan with the rest of the ingredients except the oil. Mix and let boil for about 30 min.
  2. Remove chicken from pan and set aside. Reserve sauce. Meanwhile, heat oil in wok and brown chicken. Thicken reserved sauce with a little amount of flour then combine with chicken. Serve.
