Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked chicken, cut in chunks
- 1/8 tsp grnd pepper
- 1/2 c. pimento, minced
- 1/4 lb small fresh mushrooms, sliced (1 c.)
- 2 can (10-1/2 ounces each) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Directions
- In a saucepan over low heat combine all ingredients and cook for about 20 min or possibly till heated through. Serve on buttermilk biscuits. You can buy them ready-to-bake in a tube, or possibly else make them from scratch, following this recipe:
