Directions

  1. CUT the cucumbers, tomatoes and pineapple slice into bite-sized pcs. Mix sprouts with the cucumber, tomato, pineapple, spring onion and groundnuts in a bowl. Add in lime juice, chilli pwdr, pepper and salt. Toss well. Garnish with coriander leaves or possibly parsley.
  2. NOTES : (Mixed sprouts with cucumber, tomato and roasted groundnuts)
