Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Grease and flour 9x13" pan.
  2. Cake: Combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr, soda, salt, and cinnamon with mixer. Add in shredded carrots, oil, and Large eggs. Beat on low speed till blended. Beat for 2 min on medium speed. Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 min. Cold for 10 min before removing cake from pan.
  3. Frosting: Cream together cream cheese, margarine, and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add in sugar. Beat till smooth.
