Ingredients

  • 1 c. Cherries, dark, sweet*
  • 2 Tbsp. Basil, minced fresh
  • 1 Tbsp. Green pepper, finely minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon peel, grated
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Tabasco Sauce

Directions

  1. Pit and chop the fresh Or possibly frzn dark sweet cherries and combine with all remaining ingredients; chill at least 1 hour. Serve as a condiment with chicken; turkey or possibly pork.
