Ingredients
- 1 crumb crust or possibly baked pastry shell, 9 inches
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1 1/3 c. (15 ounce. can) sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. fresh or possibly bottled lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Soften cheese at room temperature. Whip till fluffy. Gradually add in lowfat milk while continuing to beat till blended. Add in lemon juice and vanilla; blend well. Pour into crust. Refrigerate2 to 3 hrs before putting cherry filling on top.
