Ingredients

  • 14 ounce Fat-free sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Cool water
  • 3 ounce Fat-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tsp Almond extract
  • 2 c. Cold Whip Free, thawed
  • 10 ounce Low-fat lb. cake, cut into ten slices
  • 21 ounce Cherry pie filling, chilled

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk, water, pudding mix, and almond extract. Mix till well blended. Mix in whipped topping. Spoon half mix into a 13 x 9" pan. Top with cake slices, pie filling, and remaining cream mix. Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
  2. NOTES : Chill leftovers.
